Me Helping You You Helping Me recognizes that the true challenge faced by incarcerated individuals isn’t just physical confinement but the deep-set mindsets shaped by trauma and survival. To address this, our program offers far more than reentry logistics—we foster authentic self-discovery and healing within Maryland Correctional Facilities.
Through an intensive, holistic four-month program, we empower men, women, and youth to identify and shed the emotional 'masks' developed behind bars. We combine this internal work with essential practical support—such as clothing and educational resources—ensuring that when participants leave, they’re equipped for both a new life and a new way of being.
